**Job Description**:

- Work with Board of Directors in presale support, support Account Managers to prepare the proposal/contract, and follow up with contract signing
- Build and maintain executive/management dashboards to articulate the status and drive actions
- Update and maintain resource data on the tracking system: project information, resource assignment, resource information/skillset, hiring information,
- Build a relationship with Delivery employees and coordinate other departments activities for engagement development
- Manage and maintain sales data for all accounts including new and existing accounts
- Coordinate with Finance team, RMO team, Hiring team, L&D team, HR teamin all related activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports including bench status, financial health status, end-year review, and revenue forecast
- Support other operational activities

**Qualifications**:
**General requirements**:

- Good English & Vietnamese communication skills
- Likely having 3+ years of experience depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
- Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

**Technical requirements**:

- Demonstrated organizational skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively
- Experience in the IT industry (Software Development knowledge)
- Strong experience with MSOffices & GG Suites
- Careful, proactive, Self-motivated, open-minded, organized, and highly responsible
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
