**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in campaigns and sales contests management for agency channel
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Detail oriented
- Well verse in data management, analytics, and reporting

**On the job you will**:

- Initiate contests/campaigns and incentives to drive business growth
- Data extract and estimate cost for each campaign
- Work with line manager and SRHs, HoDs for new sales contests to ensure all contests will be launched on time
- Review memorandum and ensure the launching process to sales force
- Ensure the timeline of tracking results and final results to be done accurately and on time.
- Ensure the payment process to be done accurately and on time.
- Ensure the records of final results of sales contests are ready for auditing purpose and for further analysis.
- Review the costing and evaluate the effectiveness of new sales contest ideas before proceeding to get approval for launching new contest ideas.
- Review the activities allowance calculation for SRH/RH to ensure the accuracy of the budget providing.
- Control budget using to ensure the actual and approved budget are matched.
- Work closely with in-charged person to prepare communication plan and follow-up that communication plan for each sale contest.
- Ensure all risk generating are reported to line manager with full analytic and solutions.
- Build up back up plan to ensure all tasks run smoothly
- Collaborate with other team/departments to develop new reports of Agency Sales Channel per request or per project
