**UOB NextGen Vietnam (“UNI”)** is an opportunity for you to step into your parent's shoes, experience where they work, and dive headfirst into the vibrant UOB culture.

**Programme Overview**
- UNI is a unique programme for our employees' children who are interested in exploring a career in banking.
- The purpose of UNI is to allow you to discover what it is like to work in UOB and instill a sense of pride working for our bank through local and regional exposure.
- Successful UNI Delegates will serve as a potential pipeline to our Management Associate Programme and Fresh Graduate opportunities in the near future.

**Opportunities of UNI Delegates**
- You will commit to start the programme within 10 weeks from 27 May 2024 to 2 Aug 2024.
- You will have a week of regional exposure in one of our offices in ASEAN You will immerse yourselves in the heart of UOB, soaking in our culture, values and operations. In addition, you will network with UNI Delegates from other ASEAN countries, forming friendships that go beyond their UNI period.

**What we look for in a UNI Delegate**
- You are the children of our full-time employees are eligible for this programme. Your parents must have completed a minimum of 2 years of service in UOB Vietnam;
- You must be between 18-25 years old;
- You must be matriculated students studying or already obtaining the acceptance letter in Universities/Institutions throughout the duration of the programme;
- Your willingness to commit to a full-time workplace experience in the office.
