**About the Department**

The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Community Development_**
- Develop content to attract and engage potential customers via online/offline communities.
- Engage third-party communities.
- Develop & execute & monitor O2O campaigns to achieve the KPI’s performance.
- Manage Business & Family community database & regular engagement to drive leads & conversions.
- Engage & manage KOLs / ambassadors to promote campaign and create the viral on social media.

**_Partner Engagement & Development_**
- Explore, analyze & engage with targeted partners for lead acquisitions & community growth
- Collaborate & leverage partners’ media channels & database to achieve the campaign performance
- Generate qualified leads from partner’s ecosystem.
- Research digital landscape & existing online players in Vietnam.
- Plan, develop & manage O2O campaign with strategic partners.

**_Event & Programme Management & Advisor_**
- Plan, develop, monitor events & programmes from online to offline
- Work with vendors & strategic partners for event management
- Engage & work with the sponsors for win - win partnership
- Plan and execute of UOB FinLab's initiatives in Vietnam

**_Generate relevant reports._**

**Job Requirements**

**_Mandatory:_**
- Strong writing skills to effectively communicate brand’s message in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong data analysis skills to extract value from reporting tools.
- Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
- Ability to develop and execute partner management plans to achieve designated targets
- Outcomes and results-oriented mindset, with track record of meeting designated goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate information clearly.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Typically requires 3 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
- Requires 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.

**_Preferred:_**
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Attention to details and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
- Requires a bachelor's degree.

**_Essential (Technical Skills):_**
- Proficiency in MS Office.
