- We are looking for a _talented and passionate _**_Senior Executive, Procurement_**_. This position is critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal and external stakeholder so as to generate new demand for the company’s products._

**Job Purpose**:
**1> Procurement Planning**
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Participate in the planning of purchasing materials - equipments - goods - services and building pricing plans for items in the area of responsibility
- Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.

**2> Managing Approved Vendor List**
- Participate in building & managing a list of accepted suppliers in the area of responsibility
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers or back-up suppliers for key goods and services
- Maintain and update supplier master data - product ranges and product master price, etc.
- Maintain good supplier relationship

**3> Negotiating and selecting suppliers**
- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection, price review and contract negotiation
- Organize bidding process and negotiating with suppliers within the assigned scope

**4> Signing and implementing the contract**
- Place orders and/or make new contracts
- Control the number and duration of contracts
- Maintain and update master data for contract management
- Confirm the capability to supply, coordinate and allocate goods to the warehouses according to the plan of materials / goods in the area of responsibility

**5> Reporting - Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement**
- Research, monitor and update price movements in the market of raw materials - packaging to serve as a basis for negotiating the best price.
- Retrieve and perform analysis reports when needed
- Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
- Managing inventories, control and handle low/high inventory compared to regulations
- Solve problems related to materials - packaging/ goods/ services that do not meet the requirements in terms of quantity and quality compared to the requirements of the proposed department
- Work with suppliers to resolve complaints about quality, quantity, delivery time, etc.

**6> Others**
- Perform arising tasks assigned by line manager

**What you’d have to succeed for the role**:
**Education**
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar field preferred

**Experience**
- 2+ years of procurement experience for E-logistics, Fulfillment-Service, FMCG or a similar industry

**Professional knowledge and skills**
- Knowledge of Materials - Packaging for E-logistics, Fulfillment-Service or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of statistics, planning & project management
- Strong data analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
