- Constantly monitor the team to ensure guest check-in and check-out are efficiently handled in a professional manner.
- Liaise with Guest Experiences about VIP arrivals, rooms allocations and any other information relevant to the shift.
- Being able to perform all duties of the receptionist/cashiers, to assist Butler and F&B associate if needed during services hours.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquires accurately.
- To assist the Signature Lounge Manager/Duty Manager in maintaining regular and effective communication both to the team and relevant sections

- Minimum 2 years of relevant
- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong problem solving skills
