Your Impact Areas
Reporting directly to the Finance and Accounting Manager, the Cashier, Cage Operations is responsible for upholding an area of complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Provide excellent guest service to all Palazzo club guests.
Counts and balances each assigned bank at the start and end of every shift.
Currency exchange and exchanges cash for TITO tickets.
Responsible for currency inventories assigned.
Prepares and completes all job related paperwork which includes, but is not limited to, count out sheets, payment vouchers, jackpots.
Logs and records all currency exchange transactions as well as all MLPL Logs.
Records and balances all currency transactions in the computer.
Reconciles daily summaries of transactions and balances all currency transactions against cash on hand.
Ensures Key Control procedures are adhered to at all times.
Provides excellent customer service and ensures same of all employees.
Deals effectively with customer problems/complaints.
Maintains the cage neat and clean at all times.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary.
Protects company assets.
Provides assistance to other departments as needed.
Cashiers maintain high standards of appearance at all the times in accordance with company procedures.
To ensure to polite and attentive to customers’ needs, to create a friendly atmosphere. This can be achieved by welcoming customers to the club, facial expression and tone of voice, greetings and commentary.
To perform cash handling are carried out quickly and accurately as per procedure.
To perform that credit card transactions are processed with utmost care to avoid mistakes and the possibility of fraud. To strictly adhere to procedures for credit card transactions and the requirements set down by the banks.
To perform foreign exchange transactions are handled with utmost care, in case of any doubt as to the authenticity of foreign banknotes they must inform supervisor to inform shift manager for verification.
Comply with approved work schedule and work schedule, propose adjustments if necessary depending on work requirements
YÊU CẦU HỒ SƠ
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
Over 8 years of experience in a general accounting role.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to handle and analyze data effectively, including collecting, summarizing, and presenting clear and concise reports.
Strong skills in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting financial documents.
Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
Good communication skills in English.
