**About the Department**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain retail credit related systems such as setting up policy rules, optimizing systems workflow and leveraging data for post implementation validation
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system implementation of credit policy and strategies
- Perform adhoc retail credit risk analysis to understand portfolio trends and make recommendations for performance tuning
- Escalate credit concerns/updates to senior risk and business managers and propose risk mitigation action to be taken
- Proactively get informed on developments/news in the industry

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years of experience, preferable to have experience working in the retail risk management with exposure in retail credit related systems, retail credit processing, and data analytics
- Exceptional numerical skills and clear communication
- Proven ability to work with little direction and in a team
- Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation and business acumen

**_Technical requirement:_**
- Knowledge in SAS/SQL/VBA/programing languages and data analytics is highly desirable
- Proficient in English

**_Education:_**
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
