- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for WorkON 2nd Level Support tickets
- Responsible for small WorkON solution apps change (effort < 8hrs)
- Support for CIP
- Support for End User survey feedback
- Maintain of End user wiki (FAQ, 2nd level)
- Contributing to meet KPIs, SLAs

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma degree in computer science or equivalent
- IT background
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Fluent English communication for business (must)
- Understanding of the workflow approval process
- Experience with apps business cases and functionalities
- Experience in analyzing the issue, providing workaround and transfer to developer
- Effective communication skills
- Customer solution mindset
- Cool under pressure
- Teamwork & responsibility
- Responsive
