**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**1. **Strategy**:

- Proposing improvement measures for collection quality, developingnew collection strategies, and restructuring the department.
- Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations,policies & procedure.
- Regularly review, update, and supplement internal work processes,regulations, instruction, information systems to keep up with actualcircumstances.

**2. **Report**
- Establish a reporting mechanism and periodic analysis to monitoroperations, report collection results of each BU and determine periodicincentives.
- Build a reporting and analysis system to update to BOD lyand contribute to appropriate handling and adjustment of Collection Dept.

**3. **Manage and support the collection operation teams (QC, Training,TA, and Operations).**

**4. **Others**
- Participate in department projects to improve collectionoperations efficiency as required.
- Undertakeother tasks assigned by Line manager.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1. **Education level,certification**:
a. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics or finance.a.

**2. **Experience, Skill**:
a. At least 5 years of related experience in Collection, preferably in financial reporting and analysis or data management.

b. Excellent strategic vision and problem-solving skills.

c. Excellent data processing and analysis skills.

d. Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

**3. **Individual Characteristics**:
a. Ability to work independently and in a team.

b. Honest, straightforward, and highly responsible.
