**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, support local to implement and build strategic sourcing
- Search and propose new suppliers in line with factory production trends
- Manage all local sourcing activities for department improvement and optimization.
- Analyze the purchase price of goods and services provided to optimize costs
- Ensure activities and synergies are deployed to optimize portfolio spend
- Work closely with purchasing in transferring cost, source information, lead time and other pertinent information about the production environment.
- Conduct supplier sustainability and quality control assessments on a regular basis to ensure suppliers and their supplies remain compliant

Job Requiremens:

- University graduate in related majors
- From 5-7 years of experience working in purchasing department in manufacturing factories, from 8 years of experience in sourcing
- Good sourcing knowledge of plastics products
- Relevant experience to develop sourcing business in Vietnam
- Fluent English
- Communication skills, negotiation skills
- Strong management skills
