**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**50%: Factory Product Safety process control**
- Manage Product Integrity auditors and on-site support on all product safety matters.
- Implement the appropriate Product Safety Management practices, like Factory Safety Assessment, across Company’s Vendor base to ensure products and processes are compliant to the best practice and process standards expected, reacting quickly to manage any safety concern.
- Conjunction with the ATL-VOB team for vendor onboarding process across countries.
- Conjunction with Regional QA team for vendor improvement process.
- Implement and support vendor management related to the onboarding program and manufacturing capability in different product categories, like apparel, footwear, accessories, toy, and hardgoods.
- Manage and maintain the Factory Safety Audit Dashboard and Summary in different platform.
- Provide training for cross-functional partners on quality and safety topics.
**40%: CGS Product Integrity Auditor and Factory Product Safety Officer development**
- Develop and coach the Product Safety Auditor in region countries.
- Provide the guidance to Product Safety Auditor to communicate with the factory to identify and offer the dedicated Product Safety Officer to cover their factory activities.
- Establish Product Safety Officers in all of COMPANY’s production facilities, conducting training and auditing regularly to ensure total compliance and managed risk.
- Coordinate with CGS to offer the regular PSO training to develop the PSO competency.
- Analyze the report data to suggest the proper training process.
- Support the monthly PSO meeting to enhance the awareness.
**10%: Product Risk assessment process**
- Provide the technical support for the product risk assessment process in Company Global Sourcing.
- Review product for potential compliance concerns, consult with designers, merchants, product development and sourcing staff on product safety concerns in design and sampling stages.
- Communicate/consult with Product Safety & Compliance, Raw Material and Sourcing teams on material/chemical compliance and reporting issues, making recommendations when necessary to address concerns.
- Support in conjunction with the Sourcing, Component supplier and vendor for product safety feedback
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of tools and methodologies of QA/QC.
- Experience implementing processes and procedures and collaborating with vendors, testing laboratories and third party sourcing agents.
- Experience implementing and addressing regulatory requirements in a supplier quality or new product development environment.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Capable of creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer skills and reporting of metrics.
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written
**PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 5-7 years as Quality Assurance or Product Safety Management/ relevant experience in garment, kids wear will be highly advantage.
- Bachelor degree with a focus in apparel, têxtile engineering / Chemistry, or other industry-related field.
- Experience with regulatory requirements of other global regions.
