- Legal tasks pertaining to contracts, such as assessing agreements, taking part in talks, negotiating terms of agreements, and examining dispute resolution processes...
- Legal counsel for the Company's investment and business expansion operations (if any).
- Legal counsel to address issues that may arise in the company's production and business operations.
- Legal advice and support for the Executive Board and the Site Management Departments, Commissions, and Commissioning Committees' operations (including occasional visits to the construction site for legal review and assessment).
- Research and inform the appropriate divisions of changes to legislation and policies pertaining to the company's area of activity.
- Participating in or collaborating with outside attorneys to do legal work throughout the stage of judgment enforcement, such as mediation, conflict settlement at the Arbitration Center or Court.
- In the capacity designated by the Head of the Board, oversee the legal department's operations.

**Qualifications**
- Attended a traditional university and earned a law degree.
- At least 5 years of experience, preferable individuals with working experience in the construction area.
- Thorough familiarity with construction-related laws.
- An understanding of FIDIC contract templates and how to use them in practice.
- The capacity to assess, recognize, and recommend preventive measures for legal risks.
- English communication skills, including the ability to read and comprehend technical texts and compose letters to partners with the aid of software or a dictionary.
- An advantage is having a certificate for legal practice.
