Là nền tảng mua sắm mỹ phẩm thông minh, làm đẹp hàng đầu Việt Nam được các Beauty Bloggers lựa chọn để đồng hành. Chúng tôi xây dựng một nơi mua sắm đáng tin cậy cho khách hàng với các sản phẩm chính hãng, đa dạng và khác biệt.

**I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
Người chịu trách nhiệm chính (Main PIC) - Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dự án để đảm bảo kế hoạch Livestream nội bộ được thực hiện tốt;
Phản hồi về kế hoạch chi tiết - ví dụ như Danh sách các loại, Mục tiêu, hỗ trợ nền tảng, Livestream freelancers,...
Main PIC để theo dõi Thời gian - theo dõi với các team khác để đảm bảo các thời gian được đáp ứng và chất lượng các sản phẩm được cung cấp;
**Trước phiên Live**:
Thực hiện Thương mại - Làm việc cùng đội KAM để kiểm tra chất lượng và tối ưu hóa các bộ sưu tập sản phẩm và các khía cạnh khác (danh sách khách mời, mục tiêu, đối tác thương hiệu);
Nội dung - Làm việc cùng đội hàng hóa để kiểm tra chất lượng và tối ưu hóa về Concept/Set-up, teasers, Posters & thumbnails;
Sản xuất - Chịu trách nhiệm sản xuất cho trước phiên Live;
Làm việc và kiểm tra chất lượng cùng đội vận hành để đảm bảo mẫu sản phẩm được thu thập và trình bày một cách chuyên nghiệp trước khi Live;
Hoàn thiện hợp đồng với các freelancers;
Làm việc với Quản lý để lập kế hoạch nhân sự cho các phiên Live;
**Trong phiên Live**:
Người điều hành chính - thảo luận với các Brand, điều phối deal highlight/luồng ATC, giám sát hiệu suất và tâm trạng của phiên Live;
Liên tục ghim các deal và kiểm soát luồng mẫu;
**Sau phiên Live**:
Làm việc với Kho để đảm bảo tất cả các mẫu được ghi nhận;
Xem xét hiệu suất và phản hồi để điều chỉnh kế hoạch nếu cần;
Theo dõi các bước tiếp theo trong hóa đơn/hợp đồng và tìm ra giải pháp nếu phiên Live không thành công;
Phối hợp thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.

**II. YÊU CẦU**:
Yêu thích làm việc với số liệu và công nghệ mới.
Chủ động học hỏi, nghiên cứu và khám phá các xu hướng số mới trên thị trường và các kênh số.
Khao khát làm việc trong ngành công nghệ với tốc độ tăng trưởng nhanh, yêu cầu ứng viên phải thích nghi với sự thay đổi liên tục.
Chuyên ngành trong Marketing, Kinh tế, Tài chính,...
Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các nhà sáng tạo nội dung/KOC/KOL/Brands trong phiên Live trên TikTok/Shopee là một lợi thế.
Kỹ năng mềm trong quản lý thời gian, dự án, các bên liên quan và nhóm.
Khả năng ưu tiên và tiếp cận công việc một cách logic.
Thạo về việc sử dụng dữ liệu để đánh giá, ra quyết định và tìm kiếm giải pháp cho các vấn đề.
Khao khát học hỏi và tích luỹ kiến thức và kinh nghiệm trong ngành Thương mại điện tử và Livestream trên TikTok/Shopee.
Thành thạo về kỹ năng văn phòng (Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tư duy chủ động trong công việc và giao tiếp.
Trách nhiệm, linh hoạt và sáng tạo trong công việc.

**III. QUY TRÌNH PHỎNG VẤN**: (1 vòng)
