**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Phụ trách phát triển các khách hàng hiện tại & đại lý chưa hoạt động tại TP.HCM
- Thăm hỏi và quản lý các Đại lý được phân công
- Hỗ trợ các đại lý để tìm kiếm khách hàng (B2B, B2C) để tăng doanh thu
- Hỗ trợ các đại lý để mở rộng kinh doanh với Daikin (mảng Điều hòa thương mại và dịch vụ sau bán hàng)
- Làm báo cáo bán hàng, tồn kho, công nợ theo tuần/ tháng/ quý/ năm
- Thông báo và cập nhật thường xuyên tới khách hàng về các chính sách, chương trình bán hàng và hỗ trợ từ Daikin
- Thường xuyên thăm hỏi và tìm hiểu từ khách hàng để cập nhật thông tin thị trường và hỗ trợ khách hàng về các hoạt động bán hàng khi cần
- Tìm kiếm và thiết lập quan hệ với đối tác và khách hàng tiểm năng
- Thu thập thông tin về các khách hàng, thị trường và đối thủ để xây dựng nguồn dữ liệu phục vụ cho việc nghiên cứu và thiết lập kế hoạch trong tương lai
- _Take care Daikin current & sleeping Dealers in HCMC_
- _Visit and manage in charge dealer sales_
- _Support dealers to find users to increase sales (B2B, B2C)_
- _Support dealers to expand business with Daikin (Commercial A/C, Service business)_
- _Find and approach potential customers (B2B) with Daikin_
- _Make report of sales, stock, AR by week/month/ quarter/ year_
- _Announce & update regularly to customers about policies, sales campaign, brand support,..._
- _Gradually visit, research Customers to update market information & support customer for sale activities when needed_
- _Search and develop relationships with potential customers and partners._
- _Collect information about customers, markets and competitors to build database for research & make future plan_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, chuyên ngành Nhiệt lạnh, Điện-Điện tử, Cơ khí
- Có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sales
- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Năng động, nhiệt tình, có khả năng sắp xếp công việc và giải quyết vấn đề
- Khả năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực công việc
- Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng anh cơ bản
- _Graduated from University, major in Thermal Engineering, Electrical - Electronic, Mechanical_
- _At least 1-2 year sales experience_
- _Good at MS office_
- _Friendly, motivated, patient and result - oriented_
- _Good at communication, negotiation_
- _Ability to work individual and high pressure_
- _Basic communication in English_
