**Job Description**:

- Develop foreign direct investment business:
Seek, develop and grow FDI project pipeline

Responsible to identify and work on FDI in the initial stage

In liaison with overseas colleagues, partners and other stake holder to identify potential FDI project, follow up in CRM and hand over to sales

Focus on core segments including Automotive, Electronic/Semiconductor, Steel, Ceramic, Water, F&B and general manufacturing
- Work closely with head of department to align on FDI business development and support needed

**Qualifications**:
Education: University degrees in engineering or business

Working Experience: 5+ years experiences in sales. Advantage if has experience in project sales

Business Understanding: Knowledge in new factory set up and it's production/assembly architech; Good understanding of project flow and decision making map; Ability to acquire information

Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese

Computer literate and presentation skills

Organized, structured and good analytical skills

Customer platforming and set up adaptive action plan to gain market share

Customer account management

Project Management

Ability to influence and convince

Customer focus and result-oriented
