Homebase seeks a General Operations Intern to work closely with core team members in Accounting, Legal, and HR departments, handling varied operational responsibilities. Joining the team, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Prepare legal documents and contracts;
- Maintain and organize documents as required by team members, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information;
- Provide general administrative assistance across Accounting, Legal, and HR departments, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization;
- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of employee information, contracts, and legal and financial documents, while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality;
- Coordinate effectively to facilitate seamless operations, acting as a crucial communication link across different departments;
- Ensure all accounting transactions are completely promptly and accurately;
- Submit and collect documents from third parties.

**Our Requirements**:

- Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Able to commit for at least 6 months internship;
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Accounting or a related major;
- Advanced skills in English comprehension, reading, and writing, basic skills in speaking;
- Careful and high attention to detail;
- Past internship experience in Admin, Operation, Legal, HR, Accounting, or related field is a plus;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
