**We are hiring**
- and post-sales related customer support activities and maintain the customer relationship. Also, we act as a trusted expert to our customers, thereby growing customer happiness and dedication and giving to the overall success of the business. In this role, you will join a team passionate about bringing a new generation of fit for purpose genetic analysis products to the market. In this role you will work with an outstanding team in an innovative and an international working environment.

**A day in the life**

**Pre-Sales Support**
- Prepare and present seminars to a wide array of audiences, and attend conferences as a speaker
- Perform product demonstrations at customer or company sites
- Support technical training, and develop technical selling strategies
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at trade shows and vendor shows to present Thermo Fisher Scientific products and collect information
- Actively drive business of GSX NPI products including dPCR and new genetic analyzer

**Post-Sales Support**
- Facilitate troubleshooting cases and provide vital support to customers to resolve customer issues & complaints in the field
- Demonstrate basic operating and troubleshooting procedures for Thermo Fisher Scientific GSX solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional engagements for significant situations that require outstanding and/or urgent response from customer facing team members
- Provide and continuously update channel partners and customer contact with relevant information.

**Other Roles & Responsibilities**
- Participates actively to support sales activities, and report field activities/technical trends on a regular basis to Channel manager and Channel partners.
- Stays current on scientific and industry trends and innovations

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**
- MS or PhD in life science is strongly preferred
- Requires a minimum of 3+ years of laboratory or related work experience, 2+ year of customer-facing role; Working with Applied Biosystems QPCR instruments, assay and software preferred
- Excellent oral / written communication and presentation skills in English are a necessity.
- Experience providing technical and scientific presentations to wide range of audience is crucial. Experience in a clinical, diagnostics market is additive.
- Is customer-centric and keenly aware of markets, trends, and competitors
- Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites. Embrace and brings to bear diversity of culture and thought
