**Job Description**:

- You will manage the Qualtrics tool in terms of configuration, user management and data privacy related documentation.
- You will help define guidelines for the use of Qualtrics and track if these guidelines are being followed.
- With the help of Qualtrics, you will create surveys and dashboards which help us better understand customer needs and paint points.
- You will support and train our worldwide marketing community to use the tools.
- You will keep track of survey making features and tools and propose action.

**Qualifications**:

- Data analyst, User Experience or similar background.
- Experience with survey tools (preferably Qualtrics).
- Working with MS Office Programs (e.g. Pivot Table at Excel for quick analysis).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Accurate, structured, self-organized, pro-active and creative.
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and affinity for numbers.
