MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Guest Experience
- Lead by example in terms of presentation, attitude, equity and professionalism.
- Strong & effective communication with all other departments.
- Permanent contact with the FOM to report any guest comments/feedback, or problems and to ensure a good co-ordination and quick communication on both sides.
- On the floor/lobby to co-ordinate the overall lobby movement, dynamic with guest interaction/engagement.
- Oversee and supervise guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitor the Front Office members to ensure all guests receive prompt and personalized guest services/experiences/recognition
- Maintain close relationship with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B.
- Welcome guests and foster guest loyalty through personal relationships and friendly and welcomed manner.
- Develop high quality relationships with guests throughout stay.
- A creative and problem-solving person to handle any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.

Profit Optimization
- Maximize the revenue by actively upselling transportation and rooms.
- Expenses are in line with the budget.

People & Administration
- Complete knowledge of the company - policies and LSOPs, rules and regulations, facilities, services.
- All HR related procedures are followed in a timely manner.
- Ensure effective utilization and productivity of all colleagues though roster planning, hiring, scheduling and adhering to budget and KPIs
- Produce and maintain accurate reports and incidents which may be of concern to the management and/or which may require further attentions.
- Ensure the full motivation of the team and create a nice atmosphere of work.
- Act as departmental trainer, evaluate and plan trainings ensuring all crucial knowledges and standards are being trained and refresh regularly.
- To help staffs improve their skills and provides support for career development by identifying potential members.
- Evaluate and consult Front Office members on job performance and career development and do appraisal on probational/yearly basis.
- Ensure all Front Office members are well presented and punctual.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Prerequisites**:

- Must be able to communicate in English (writing and speaking) and other languages are advantages.
- Broad understanding of FO Operation management procedures and target orientated individual with the ability to work to set deadlines.
- Great attention to detail, talent in guest relations management and is motivated to go the extra mile.

**Education**:

- Graduates hospitality degree and/or diploma in hotel or another related field.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in similar Job role or three to five years middle management experience in large up-scale hotel/resort
- Experience in Hotel management software
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Positive interpersonal skills required
