- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Shopify app market.
- Analyze user data, conduct surveys, and gather feedback from merchants to understand their pain points and unmet needs.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative app concepts that address identified merchant needs and align with our company's vision.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes to test and validate app concepts with target users.
- Research and analyze existing Shopify apps to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineers to assess the technical feasibility of proposed app concepts.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Shopify API developments and industry trends.
- Share ideas openly, provide constructive feedback, and work effectively with team members from various disciplines.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Exposure to prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) or UX design principles (a willingness to learn is a plus).
- Experience with conducting research (e.g., user surveys, data analysis).
