**Job description**:
1. In charge of recruiting & managing Nimoshow agency, including Agency training & recruitment, Idol Live casting and daily management tasks.
2. Data analysis, monitoring idol live content, feedback, orientation & support agencies to improve work efficiency.
3. Coordinate with other departments in the team to complete the contract signing, event organization, etc.

**Request**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Experience in the livestream industry at least 1 years or more, passionate and knowledgeable about the domestic & international entertainment livestream industry;
3. High compliance, good pressure ability, clear logic, good negotiation skills, initiative and flexibility in handling problems;
4. Having Agency, Idol livestream or similar resources is an advantage.
5. Have experience in **Marketing**.
6. Requires knowledge of **Chinese**.
