**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You will be a part of our Cash Management Operations team in Vietnam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supervising Cash Operations - working in close partnership with Sales, Products, Client Services, regional hubs, regional project teams
- Monitors daily performance against established metrics (i.e. account opening, account maintenance, payment process, etc.). Check and ensure that all transactions are processed in a complete, accurate manner and within facility limits.
- Manage hub’s support & ensure timely process of Account opening, maintenance, closure
- Process & Verify payments, deposit and/or liquidity transactions.
- Perform compliance check on supporting documents & sanction screening of the same for foreign currency transactions
- Process & manage transaction thru clearing house & partner banks.
- Perform nostro account reconciliation
- Response to any inquiries from others, both inter-company and corporate clients on transactions related to the department.
- Implementation of policies and procedures, workflow and risks management.
- Participate in project to implement new products, systems and /or processes related to Cash Operations
- Co-ordinate with the various departments to ensure that processing and reporting procedures in respect of new and existing State Bank of Vietnam on foreign exchange transactions and controls on cash flows are complied with.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Knowledge in Cash Management processing
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Banking industry experience (3 - 5 years) is preferred
- Xceptor/ Alteryx knowledge is preferred
