**SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management Level**

**FUNCTION**:Finance**

**SALARY RANGE: Competitive market salary + Bonus scheme + Excellent benefits**

**LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

**Accounting**:

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions as well as perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Performing task related to invoicing and billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis related to accounting and invoicing activities.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, such as accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and revenue recognition.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit required financial reports, tax filings, and other regulatory filings.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure adherence.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a global MNC or similar dynamic operating environment
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools: Excel, SAP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information
