Job Objective:
Work within the Strategy & Transformation (STO) ePMO team to manages enterprise-wide projects from initiation through completion. Lead enterprise-project planning, performance monitors and progress reporting, manage governance, manage risk/issues/dependencies and roadblocks. Ensures project objectives and results meet requirements and within the constraints of quality, schedule, resources, and cost. Proven complex project management skills, interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions and best practices. Understand and solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Support and drive the strategy and transformation PMO roadmap and own the execution/delivery of projects efficiently and resolve project’s challenges, gaining business support and buy-in (business / sponsor / management) to enable the project and transformation success.

- Conduct project meetings and take responsibility for project deliverables, tracking, and reviewing all deliverables

- Leads through required project documentation such as the project charter, CBA funding requests, status report, project and implementation plan, and closure documentation
- Manages the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure governance structures are set up and managed e.g. project working groups, SteerCo etc. - conduct project reviews of status and interdependencies with key stakeholders.
- Help to create a positive environment for the project team including open, honest communication and a clear path to escalate risks and issues
- Act as a single point of contact for strategic projects, interfacing with all areas affected by the project including end users, management, IT, and cross-functional departments, both external and internal resources - Be a trusted project delivery advisor to key stakeholders
- Promote and ensure compliance to Enterprise Project Management Office standards and processes through hands on facilitation, engagement and mentorship, work with PMO leadership to continuously improve and refine processes

Key skills and requirements:

- Minimum of 4 year’s experience with a Consumer Finance, Banking, insurance, Fintech or Consultancy company managing multiple projects and cross-enterprise teams.
- Delivering and implementation of complex/major projects impact people, process and technology.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in either Business administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or computer sciences.
- Advanced PM methodology & practices, PMP Certificate, lean six sigma, change management or equivalent is preferable.
- Experience working as a business-wide function / cross-function
- Strong Excel Skills and good skills in other Microsoft products.
- Clear communication skills in written and verbal forms (English and Vietnamese).
- Strong negotiation & influence capability, strong time management, problem & conflict solving skill.
- Be able to do presentation in front of leadership team in order to convey ideas toward gaining stakeholders’ buy-in and supports.
- Self-starter who can Work without supervision & fully independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
