**The Position**

We are seeking a IT Project Manager to help plan, organize, and track project and milestones completions for our Global IT Operations team. This position focus will be identifying key stakeholders for each project, working through milestone creation with each team, and informing leadership of project status and impediments.

You will be part of our IT Global Operations consisting of a Global Service Desk, L3 engineering team, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Application divisions. You help all three entities manage their projects and design plans and milestones which will help keep our teams accountable.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Establish and lead effective project meetings to keep project on track, and communicating timely and accurate status to appropriate stakeholders and leadership
- Manage and report Risks, Actions, Issues, Scope and Decision management
- Financial management and reporting of projects (budgets vs actuals and forecasts)
- Oversee all phases of the projects, including planning, monitoring, and status reporting.
- Interact effectively with business sponsors and users, technology development teams, and other project team members.
- Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**What We Need From You**
- 3+ years' Experience with Project management in IT Operations
- This position requires a strong functional and technical background, including strong knowledge in IT best practices
- Flexibility to work with US, Asia & Europe time zones as needed.
- Self-motivated and eager to dive in and make a difference.

**It Would Be Nice If You Had**

Certified in one or more of the following areas:
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
