**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Senior Media Specialist, you will work as a key member of Diag’s Marketing team (together with Growth, Planning, Creative & Medical Marketing teams). Your scope of work including:
SEO:
Work with Product & Internal team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on business landing pages;

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;

Train and work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming;

Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities;

Track, report, and analyze website analytics.

Being the authority on white and black hat SEO strategies to be a step ahead of ever-evolving search engine limitations and guidelines

Paid Media:
Manages and executes campaigns including account set up, strategy development, organization and management.

Monitors the performance of each campaign and aligns appropriate resources to ensure delivery of the goals.

Engages and collaborates with other teammates and colleagues to resolve critical complex issues

Campaign Reporting & Analysis.

Design & Track Product’s Key Performance Metrics for post launching review.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in SEO optimization with proven results. Competence in standard SEO process

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods;

In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)

Experience with analytics, keyword research and data mining tools;

Able to complete competitive analysis of competitors products;

Familiar with content management systems and able to work with editorial team;

Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis;

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.

Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as growth hacking is a plus.

Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related marketing software/tools
