- Develop Content Calendar:

- Create a content calendar that includes informative blogs and social media posts.
- Ensure that content is aligned with our target audience's interests and needs.
- Schedule and coordinate content publication across relevant platforms.
- Conduct a Content Audit:

- Assess the effectiveness of existing content in meeting our objectives.
- Identify content gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to repurpose or enhance existing content.
- Develop Content Marketing Strategy:

- Create a content marketing strategy that focuses on addressing client pain points and showcasing our expertise.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with the buyer's journey.
- Plan and Execute Multi-Channel Content Campaigns:

- Ensure that content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Support launching Targeted Lead Generation Campaigns:

- Optimize campaign content for maximum conversion and audience engagement.

2. How to overcome the challenges:

- Age: 23-30 Years old (preferred)
- A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, or communication is an advantage, though other degrees are often acceptable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of SEO best practices is an advantage.
- Proven experience in B2B content marketing and social media management. Proficiency in content management and social media platforms.
- You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
- Positive, can-do attitude. Strong analytical skills to assess content and campaign performance.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.
