- About the role- Supervise the safety of the plant & observe the compliance from contractors working inside tesa premises.
- Make sure tesa Site Haiphong to follow & comply to Vietnam legislation on EHS.
- What you will do- Be familiar with tesa safety guideline for plant in commissioning & mass production phases.
- Be familiar with safety risk assessment and the countermeasures.
- In charge of building training material & also organize the training programme to tesa employees, contractors, visitors
- Review the safety framework with EHS Supervisor.
- Do daily tour, stop any violation, check the vehicle, equipment and workers onsite (in coordinate with other Department like MM, PRO, QA...).
- Organize safety activity plan (EHS day, workshop, competition ) to involve all employees & increase the awareness on EHS.
- Participate in the expert safety review meeting for high-risk work according to regulation.
- Record the safety findings and communicate on morning meeting and weekly meeting.
- Follow up with the implementation of corrective actions, if there is repeated major safety findings, stop contractor’s work and ask for the effective management method.
- Participate in the accident investigation and root cause analysis in case happened.
- Control the report to Government (Firefighting, Environment, Labor, Radiation, Health, Radio frequency )
- Attend to CIP if needed
- Attend to EHS assessment & legislation advice for new project.
- Sustainability officer for tSH.
- Other tasks will be assigned by EHS supervisor.
- What you will need**Educational qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or above

**Relevant experience**
- More than 3 years safety management working experience (preferable inside factory).
- Be familiar with safety laws and regulation, industry code, safety management procedure.
- Be familiar with the construction process, safety protection, fire protection, power supply, environmental protection, radiation safety & radio frequency and other related safety regulations, standards and daily safety management.
- Experience in working with SAP/ Oracle
- Have certain coordination, organization and communication ability
- Have good English communication skill and be able to translate English documents to VN language and vs.
- Have the certificate of safety engineer.
- Experienced in equipment safety (mechanical or electrical)
- Well-understand the ATEX/ IECEx standard regarding of Explosion protection.

- Able to work under pressure and take ownership
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good excellence command of English
