(Mức lương: 28 - 35 triệu VNĐ)
- **Responsibility 1**:Be in charge of operating daily routines of Import-Export actives

+ Carefully reviewing all shipping docs which be prepared by suppliers and request to revise if any before transferring to the service provider to proceed customs procedures

+ Reviewing carefully and verifying HS code, the CDs, certificate of origin and other related documents as prepared by Customs Agent before officially submitting to the competent Authorities

+ Coordinating with Accounting Team for import/export tax, import VAT payment.

+ Preparing other needed supporting documents (e.g., Import / Export license, etc.)

+ Coordinating with internal Division / Department and Off-taker / Shipping Lines/ Suppliers / Service-Providers to deal with all logistics issues.

+ Doing cross-check process to mitigate the errors that cause extra costs or any delay in transactions and time-waste.

+ Monitoring closely the timeline of Shipments / Deliveries to ensure timeliness and effectiveness.

+ Keeping and filing all customs documents
- **Responsibility 2**:Monitoring transaction procedure to mitigate the risks of delay or postponement that cause the extra fee

+ Liaising closely with Off-Takers / Suppliers / Shipping Line / Service-Providers and keeping cooperative with other Internal Divisions / Departments as Accounting, Warehouse, Commercial, PS or Legal / Risk Management / Insurance) to ensure all tasks smoothly and effectively

+ Cooperating with Internal Departments to keep daily routine timely
- **Responsibility 3**:Arranging the refund and offset dossier for import duty and VAT of imported goods

+ Controlling the financial issues related to transaction (payable accounts, receivable accounts) to ensure timeliness

+ Preparing/ submit the refund and offset dossier.

+ Liaising closely with the competent authority to get their offset and refund agreement decision.
- **Responsibility 4**:recording all import & export data and preparing reports periodically to Authorities; Sponsors; other when required
- **Responsibility 5**:Extending the extra service to the Customers to satisfy and take the relations to higher level
- **Responsibility 6**:Supporting team leader to deal with any issues
- Be in charge of operating daily routines pursuant to standard procedures to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of Import & Export Team
- Monitoring transaction procedure to mitigate the risks of delay or postponement that cause the extra fee, which lead to lower profit

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**University graduated**related to import/export; economy, trading field**
- Competentknowledgeabout logistics and customs clearance.
- Competent knowledge of Vietnamese regulations and formality practices required for logistics and customs clearance.
- Experience of relationship with State and Local Authorities is preferably advantage, Nghi Son Customs, Thanh Hoa Customs Department, Nghi Son Economic Zone, etc.
- English skill at least of IELTS0 or Equivalent to be qualified for technical and business purposes
- Min 5years work experience in logistics and customs clearance in construction/ operation of oil refinery or related field.
- Fluent Englishin writing, listening, and speaking
