Import and Export Assistant Manager

Mô tả công việc

  • Planning and proposing about goods to superiors, both for importing and finding domestic and international suppliers.
  • Monitoring and managing the progress, quality, and quantity of goods, as well as handing any conflicts or issues related to products transportation.
  • Receiving and crosschecking documents related to goods and verifying documents from suppliers.
  • Determining HS code for the company's imported products.
  • Document preparation for tax refund
  • Completing customrelated procedures such as declarations and import and export documentation.
  • Managing and storing documents and costs related to the import and export process.
  • Performing other tasks as required.

Yêu cầu

  • Prefer Female.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Import Export/Purchasing or related fields.
  • Having 0305 years above of experience working in Automative company at the same level.
  • Proficient in English & MS Office
  • Good communication, Computer skill, Problem solving skills and End to end process handling skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure
