The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Help drive the launch and growth of new credit products, including followings but not limited:

- Engage partnership discussions for new credit products and features
- Coordinate projects focusing on campaigns and customer acquisition - Identify functional, regulatory and technical gaps against business requirements, and initiate projects to achieve desired results
- Support relevant product and featuring launch
- Working with various regional and local functional stakeholders such as business development, user management, operations, finance, and legal teams to monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of existing lending products
- Facilitate partnership on-boarding and contract signing process
- Participate in competitor research, strategy design, document translation and other ad hoc projects as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of work experience in E-commerce, FinTech or Financial Services industry
- Prior experiences working in Digital Product/ Marketing/ PMO
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and strong bias for action
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude
- A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented
- Prior experience related to the lending industry is a plus
