- Working with stakeholders to develop and execute employer branding plan.
- Proactively proposing campaigns that help increase brand awareness in a way that supports recruitment needs.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with universities to organize activities such as job fairs, company visits, and workshops.
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies (VNWs, Topdev, etc.) to build company brands and organize webinars, techtalk events, etc.
- Taking charge of the company's employer branding across all channels (internal and external).
- Supporting the company events and activities that will help to build the company culture and connect people.
- Other related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
** Must have:

- From 3 years of working experience in Employer Branding role.
- Good relationships with colleges and universities.
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and have ability to create content on social media channels.
- Excellent communication, event organizing, time management.
- Quick learner, hard worker, and open to new challenges.
- Interpersonal skills; communication (verbal and written in Vietnamese and English).
- High sense of services, responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having a positive and can-do attitude.
- Creative, with the ability to think outside the box and take the initiative in tasks assigned.
- Desire to work in the technology industry and a dynamic environment with a high adaptation level.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools.

**Nice to have:

- Design skills on Photoshops or other tools.
