**Our client, one of the biggest technology companies in Asia, is looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of innovative affiliate strategies across a variety of platforms. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business objectives, maximizing performance, and achieving high ROI. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.**

**In this role, you will get to**:
**Create and Execute Strategic Advertising Plans**
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to support overall business and marketing goals.
- Lead the execution of display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including **Google Display Network**, **YouTube**, **Meta**, **TikTok**, and **programmatic networks**.
- Oversee every aspect of campaign management, from creative concept development to media buying and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Establish a **testing framework** for campaign optimization through A/B testing and other methodologies to boost performance and ROI.

**Analyze and Optimize Campaigns**
- Use analytics tools such as **Tableau**, **Google Analytics**, and other platforms to monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Regularly assess campaigns for optimization potential, implementing necessary changes to enhance results and meet business goals.
- Stay current on industry developments, ensuring that the latest trends, technologies, and best practices are integrated into advertising efforts.

**Collaborate with Internal Teams and Manage Vendors**
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as **Creative**, **Sales & Marketing**, and **Product**, to ensure campaigns fully align with broader business strategies.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including vendors and agencies, to ensure optimal campaign performance and innovation.
- Lead small
- to medium-sized projects independently, identifying opportunities to create value for the marketing team and the business at large.

**Lead a High-Performance Marketing Team**
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of display marketing professionals, providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed for success.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment focused on continuous learning and innovation.
- Regularly report campaign outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring data is communicated clearly and insights are actionable for non-technical audiences.

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in **Marketing**, **Business**, **Mathematics**, **Engineering**, or a related field (Advanced degrees are a bonus).
- 7+ years of experience in **digital marketing**, with a particular emphasis on **display advertising**.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as **Google Ads** and **Facebook Ads**.
- Demonstrated expertise in **A/B testing** and campaign performance optimization, with a strong history of delivering high-ROI display campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex data and turn insights into strategic decisions.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen ability to see both the finer details and the overall impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in tools like **Excel**, **Tableau**, and **Google Data Studio**.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams
