The role:
As a Head of Engineering you will work directly with the founder and have the opportunity to come and build a market changing platform. You will:

- Be responsible for architecting the technical vision for the company. be a savvy product focused engineering leader, integrating Product requirements, use cases, UX/UI; into technical specs.
- Determine operational feasibility and recommend optimal/potential solutions Translate business & product requirements into technical specifications.
- Will have full autonomy to manage internal systems, the technology stack, and to develop the product infrastructure for scale; while collaborating with the founding team and customers on the product roadmap.

About you:
A successful Head of Engineering is a builder who wants to take ownership of a product from end to end at its most nascent stage. This is a job for someone who truly loves to build, be hands on, solve problems, and create tangible value. Prior relevant startups experience is a must: A mindset of a self starter. Passion to solve hard problems. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment. You love writing clean, robust code that scales across platforms and devices. You’re also excited to provide technical feedback to engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and team problem solving sessions. And over time, we’d look to you to grow the company's engineering teams, both front & back end.

**Requirements**:

- Active coding skill, full stack experience development experience Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience ‘hiring’ and managing engineering teams (internal and external) Focus on building tools & features with stellar UX.
- Expert in Python, with knowledge of Django
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

**Salary**: 50,000,000₫ - 70,000,000₫ per month
