Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for affordable luxury brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

We’re seeking an experienced and talented E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lixibox. You’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website & app Lixibox including overseeing online sales, managing stock inventories, controlling spending and cost-effectiveness, and taking initiatives to grow revenue.

**I. RESPONSIBILITIES**:Commerce Strategy**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business objectives including
Strategize on product focus, product listing & pricing
Designing promotion schemes, planning campaign calendar
Integrating with overall marketing efforts, budgeting & controlling CiR of Facebook ads & other marketing spending.

**Campaign Management**:
Planned, executed, and optimized social commerce campaigns to promote products and special offers.
Monitor and analyze the real-time performance of campaigns and ensure quick actions to optimize performance.

**Performance management**:
Manage and optimize commerce platforms (website/app) including but not limited to Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops,.. and other emerging social commerce channels.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.

**Performance Analysis**:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social commerce efforts.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated through social commerce channels.

**Product Integration**:
Coordinate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of products into social commerce platforms.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.
Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
**Metrics of Lixibox web & app that matter in this position**: Revenue, ROAS / or CIR.

**II. REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 02 years experience in performance marketing. Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and technologies;
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on social commerce.
In-depth knowledge of live streaming, social platforms and emerging trends.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Creativity and a strong understanding of visual content creation.
