Mission
In coordination with the E-Commerce Manager

  • Vietnam, the
    E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for the income of the E-Commerce segment (Direct Client & OTA's) for the Hotels located in Vietnam. This position will carry out the implementation of the E-Commerce strategy, contributing to the achievement of the budget and the fulfillment of the revenue goals in the Hotels under your responsibility. The
    E-Commerce Specialist will follow up the action plans for Direct client and OTAs, will support and review the upload of campaigns and will follow up their implementation. This position will also ensure the implementation of the MHI E-Commerce pricing model in the Hotels under responsibility, following the corresponding audit results.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the international hospitality.
  • Excellent level of English language, both verbal and in written.
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing & Sales or equivalent educational background
  • God knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, OTAS, Metasearchers and Data Analysis tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft user (Excel, PowerPoint,...).
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, aong others.
  • Analytic profile with very good teamwork abilities.
