Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- 1. Thực hiện việc sửa chữa thiết bị, tài sản, cơ sở vật chất của Công ty- Đánh giá và đề xuất phương án sửa chữa gồm tự sửa chữa hoặc thuê dịch vụ ngoài.
- Thực hiện sửa chữa hoặc kiểm tra giám sát quá trình sửa chữa.
- Giải quyết kịp thời các yêu cầu về sự cố sửa chữa.
- Cập nhật và lưu trữ các hồ sơ có liên quan (Phiếu sửa chữa, biên bản nghiệm thu,...)
- 2. Thực hiện bảo trì, sửa chữa máy phân loại tự động (ASM)- Chẩn đoán lỗi và thực hiện công việc sửa chữa các hư hỏng, khắc phục các sự cố máy móc.
- Đảm bảo máy móc hoạt động ổn định, vận hành không bị gián đoạn.
- Phân tích và đưa ra những cải tiến để tối ưu hệ thống máy móc, giảm tỷ lệ hỏng hóc, tiết kiệm thời gian và tiền bạc cho vấn đề sửa chữa.
- Nhận định và dự báo các sự cố trong hoạt động vận hành máy móc.
- Thực hiện việc bảo trì máy móc, thiết bị và giám sát, đánh giá quy trình bảo trì.
- Lên kế hoạch mua sắm các thiết bị, máy móc cần thiết cho hoạt động bảo trì sửa chữa.
- Báo cáo công việc bảo trì theo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Nghiệm thu bảo trì và lưu trữ các hồ sơ có liên quan.
- 3. Thực hiện kiểm tra giám sát, nghiệm thu việc lắp đặt tài sản cố định, máy móc.- Nhận thông tin lắp đặt từ các bộ phận liên quan.
- Thực hiện hoặc kiểm tra giám sát và nghiệm thu quá trình lắp đặt.
- Bàn giao cho bộ phận sử dụng (ký vào biên bản nghiệm thu).
- 4. Thực hiện công tác an toàn, vệ sinh công nghiệp, PCCC, 5S trong khu vực làm việc.- 5. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự điều động của Quản lý**Requirements**:

- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp nghề trở lên ngành cơ khí sửa chữa, cơ điện, tự động hóa, điện công nghiệp, bảo dưỡng công nghiệp.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc bảo trì máy móc thiết bị trong các đơn vị, nhà máy sản xuất (1-3 năm)
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về cơ khí, điện, hệ thống HVAC, am hiểu quy trình an toàn về các thiết bị, máy móc.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu các bản vẽ điện
- Biết sử dụng cơ bản các phần mềm AutoCAD (2D, 3D), PLC (Siemens), HMI,... là một lợi thế.
- Có khả năng tự học hỏi, thích nghi với sự thay đổi và thể hiện tinh thần hợp tác trong công việc.
- Có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành.
- Làm việc theo ca.
