This role is responsible for executing communication strategies to support the Operation Dept's internal & external messaging. This position focuses on effectively delivering employee engagement activities and implementing customer communication initiatives to strengthen organizational alignment & customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes execution, collaboration, and compliance to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels while reinforcing Prudential's value and vision

**Job Accountability** / Trách nhiệm chính:

- Deploy & track performance of internal & external communication. / Thực hiện và theo dõi hiệu quả các hoạt động truyền thông nội bộ và đối ngoại.
- Support to Operations Communication & Engagement Senior Manager on drive employee engagement programs and customer campaigns. / Hỗ trợ Quản lý Cao cấp Truyền thông triển khai các chương trình gắn kết nhân viên và chiến dịch khách hàng.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in all message and communication materials. / Đảm bảo tính nhất quán và tuân thủ trong tất cả các thông điệp và tài liệu truyền thông
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align initiatives with corporate/dept's goals and value. / Hợp tác với các bên liên quan để đồng bộ các sáng kiến với mục tiêu và giá trị của công ty/phòng ban

**1.Internal Communication execution/Truyền thông nội bộ**
- Execute internal communication strategies targeting Operations staff, leaders, and cross-department team/ Triển khai chiến lược truyền thông nội bộ hướng tới nhân viên Khối Vận hành, các lãnh đạo và các đội nhóm liên phòng ban
- Collaborate with Corporate Communication, Marketing and Compliance team to ensure all messages are aligned with corporate policies and standards./ Hợp tác với các phòng ban Truyền thông Doanh nghiệp, Marketing và Tuân thủ để đảm bảo thông điệp tuân thủ chính sách và tiêu chuẩn của công ty
- Manage communication tools and channels to deliver timely updates and announcements effectively./ Quản lý các công cụ và kênh truyền thông nhằm cập nhật và thông báo kịp thời

**2. Employee Engagement Activities/Hoạt động gắn kết nhân viên**
- Execute employee engagement programs, including annual kick-off meetings, open dialogues and team-building events./ Thực hiện các chương trình gắn kết nhân viên, bao gồm các buổi họp hàng năm, đối thoại mở và các hoạt động xây dựng gắn kết nhân viên.
- Track and monitor follow-up on employee feedback on employee engagement, ensuring timely response and updates. / Theo dõi và xử lý các phản hồi của nhân viên liên quan đến các hoạt động gắn kết, đảm bảo trả lời kịp thời và cập nhật thông tin.
