- Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát hiệu quả kinh doanh.

Planning and controlling business efficiency.
- Xác định & lên chiến lược phát triển thị trường, khách hàng tiềm năng tại nước ngoài

Identify & develop strategies to develop foreign markets and prospects.
- Cập nhật chào giá và hàng hóa của Công ty cho khách hàng, theo dõi, đàm phán và ký kết hợp đồng.

Update the Company's offers and goods for customers, follow up, negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Duy trì & phát triển mạng lưới mối quan hệ trong ngành ở khu vực trong và ngoài nước.

Maintain & develop industry network in the domestic and overseas markets.
- Cải thiện & thực thi quy trình kinh doanh.

Improve & implement business processes.
- Báo cáo công việc định kỳ và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao.

Report periodically and perform other assigned tasks.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác khi được giao.

Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên. Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp Chuyên ngành Hóa, Thương mại quốc tế, kinh tế hoặc các ngành học tương đương.

Graduated from University or higher, majored in Chemistry, International Business, Economics or equivalent is preferred.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm Kinh doanh Xuất khẩu tại các đơn vị trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh lưu huỳnh, phân bón sản xuất axit sulfuric, phân bón, giấy, mía đường, bột giặt.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có hiểu biết về ngành lưu huỳnh, phân bón nói chung hoặc liên quan.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành hóa chất, từng làm việc ở các công ty kinh doanh hóa chất.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Nhiệt tình, chăm chỉ, có trách nhiệm với công việc và có thể chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc.

Enthusiastic, hardworking, responsible for work and able to withstand high pressure at work.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trôi chảy (Ielts 6.0 hoặc tương đương)

Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
