**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Project Management (60%)**
- Support in managing all stages of projects
- Coordinate with internal team to make sure deliveries are sent on time according to agreed deadlines
- Support in preparing materials needs for the campaign: research data/information, review competitors' activities, contribute/brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build up project timeline,...
- Work with third party/vendors/KOLs to manage, execute tasks and control their qualities
- Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPI

**Administrative Tasks (40%)**
- Handle contracting, invoicing and other necessary paperwork with Clients and 3rd parties
- Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

**Report to**: Senior Account Executive/ Associate Account Manager

**Promotion**: Senior Account Executive/ Account Supervisor

**Education**:

- Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.
