About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation cybersecurity products. As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a talented team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions.
  • Drive the development of critical components of our product, leveraging expertise in scalable architectures, technologies, and programming languages.
  • Research and adopt state-of-the-art technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Work closely with data scientists and security researchers to integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities into our products.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical decision-making.
  • Review and provide feedback on code submissions from team members, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and groom stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead projects that span multiple teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in scalable architectures, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., K8S, FaaS, Apache Kafka, BigData).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Go, and/or Python, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • T-shape expertise, with a strong foundation in one area and the ability to collaborate and contribute in other areas as needed.
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS Lambda, and collaborating with data scientists on machine learning and AI projects.
  • Familiarity with the security space and a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and trends.
