Responsibilities:

As the Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new product packaging, guiding troubleshooting of new product process parameters, trial production and mass production introduction, exception handling, new product summarization, etc.Identify and verify the critical processes of the product, build relevant documents and instructions, and supervise production staff to implement thoroughly.Troubleshoot, analyze, rectify and improve abnormal issues arising during trial production.Communicate and coordinate between departments to promote the overall progress of the project according to schedule.Support the completion of personnel education and training tasks of the department. Experience Requirements:
Candidates with relevant experience (2-5 YOE) in semiconductors are preferred, with experience in advanced packaging Bumping/WLCSP, PD/PE/NPI/PIE engineers preferred
