Demand and Production Planner

You will be responsible to demand and Production planning activities in the North of Vietnam. You will ensure the compliance with Vietnam law and follow up PPG policy. Monitor planning activities and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs. You will be reporting to Demand and Production Planning Manager

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.1 Demand management**
- Receive sale orders/forecast of North customers from the customer service/sale team.
- Break down into RM and provide the demand to the supply team & follow up/update the status.
- Data analysis to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Keep track and report forecast accuracy. Control and monitoring how to manage sale FC accuracy.
- Receive sale orders/forecast of Powder customers from the customer service/sale team.
- Confirm delivery schedule to CS/Sale. Confirm RM availability for CS/Sale.
- Monitor & push other departments to control RAMC, push to rework RA.

**1.2 Production planning management**
- Consolidate, compare, check and confirm production volume monthly from North Toller.
- Develop production planning daily/weekly/monthly and prepare monthly report.
- Coordinate with production to meet customer expectation for delivery time.
- Coordinate with cross functions to handling daily activities.
- Follow Oracle/SAP system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Demand & production planning and familiar with Oracle/SAP/ERP are mandatory.
- Work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, good proficiency in verbal & written English and local language
- Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality system.
