Responsibilities:

The job scope of a Regional Application Consultant (RAC) is responsible for providing leads to Vietnam Sales Manager(s) with regards to end users and consulting engineering calls. In an assigned territory, coordinates with the Sales Managers on strategies to grow the business based on qualitative and quantitative objectives in the HVAC Contracting and OEM Business.

Main responsibilities:

1. Provide applications excellence to drive and shape all the company's products.

2. Work closely with the Sales Managers / Sales Engineers / Product Managers to trouble shoot product issues at customer sites and help rectify the situation for the customers.

3. Introduce new products to the local offices, and Key Customers and End-users

4. Support sales strategy to grow our business through service, relationship, product knowledge, and application knowledge.

5. Support sales efforts by cultivating strong relationships with end-users and consulting engineering by providing product training, information, recommendations and troubleshooting issues.

6. Identify potential new product applications and communicate concepts to Contracting Sales Force, Product Management and Engineering to develop new business.

Education Requirements:

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical or related profession.Above 7 years working experience or above in the HVAC industry.Diploma Holder candidates with extensive experience and shows exemplary knowledge, passion and interest in HVAC and Hydronic Engineering shall be considered.Working Experiences: 8 years working experience or above in HVAC industry or related.Special Requirements: Good command of written and spoken EnglishGood command of HVAC, hydronic and controls systemsProficiency in computer operation and work-related applications (especially in MS Office)Personal Requirements: Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional levelThinking and acting in consideration of networked structuresSkill in evaluating risks and making decisions accordinglyGood Communication and Interpersonal skillsGood Team PlayerWillingness to travel (Internal) If you are interested in this job opportunity, please contact with Ms. Anh Phan at or her ZALO for immediate consideration.
