A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in developing and appraising processes, regulations, and control points in daily company activities.
  • Assist in creating and implementing inspection, compliance audit, and operational audit plans for company units on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Directly inspect and evaluate compliance events, identify violations, and propose corrective measures to mitigate the impact of compliance breaches.
  • Assess the adequacy, timeliness, honesty, reasonableness, and accuracy of the accounting system and financial reports as per legal regulations.
  • Evaluate the completeness, accuracy, and safety of management information systems and financial information systems, including electronic information systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal regulations, operational procedures, and professional ethical standards.
  • Monitor the remediation of units by supervising activities and implementing conclusions from inspection agencies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

Workplace: 275 Nguyen Trai Str., Thanh Xuan Dist., Hanoi

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in economics, auditing
  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience in fraud prevention in finance or related fields
  • Ability to independently analyze and research information/data (preference for candidates familiar with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Preference for candidates with experience at Big 4 firms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
