**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Dẫn dắt và hỗ trợ team Back-end các vấn đề về mặt kĩ thuật;
- Quản lý các thành viên trong team từ Fresher đến Senior Developer;
- Tham gia vào phát triển các dự án hiện tại của công ty cũng như quản lý tiến độ của team Back-end trong tất cả các dự án;
- Nghiên cứu đưa ra các đánh giá và giải pháp để thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống, đồng thời review code của các thành viên trong team để đảm bảo hệ thống chạy ổn định;
- Theo dõi, đánh giá tính bảo mật của hệ thống để tìm giải pháp cải thiện;
- Hợp tác với Product manager/FE lead/ QA lead để tìm ra giải pháp công nghệ và thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống một cách hợp lý cũng như đảm bảo tiến độ của dự án;
- Tham gia đào tạo và tuyển dụng nhân viên mới;
**YÊU CẦU**
- Tốt nghiệp ngành công nghệ thông tin, khoa học máy tính, hệ thống thông tin hoặc ngành có liên quan;
- Có từ **5 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình Ruby on Rails**, có kinh nghiệm lập trình PHP là một lợi thế.
- Có từ **3 năm kinh nghiệm** thiết kế kiến trúc phần mềm, triển khai phần mềm trên **AWS**.
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý/dẫn dắt team Backend từ 3-5 người
- Dịch vụ web REST, SOAP;
- Git, maven, CI/CD
- Tư duy phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề;
- Có kinh nghiệm với ''growth hacking'' là một lợi thế;
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong công ty Product và Start-up là một lợi thế.
