We are looking for a Backend JS Developer (Mid/Sr) who communicate with our engineering team to produce the most effective products that delight our clients.

**Job Description**:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Implement microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration with other components.
- Work with various datastores, including PostgreSQL, Redis, InfluxDB, and S3, optimizing data access and storage.
- Create and manage event-driven services using AmazonMQ (RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ), SQS, and SNS.
- Maintain a well-organized and high-quality codebase, including end-to-end tests and unit tests.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and Gitlab CI for continuous integration and deployment.
- Leverage AWS services such as ECS, RDS Aurora, SES, CloudFront, and Lambda to build scalable and reliable systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement efficient backend solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the backend development space.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of SOA and/or Microservices
- Knowledge of NodeJS development via TypeScript & NestJS
- Know how to work with several different datastores, such as: PostgreSQL, Redis, InfluxDB, S3
- Know how to work in Event-Driven via services such as AmazonMQ (RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ), SQS, SNS
- Know how to manage and maintain a codebase correctly (e2e tests, unit, etc.)
- Knowledge and use of the following tools: Terraform, Gitlab CI
- Knowledge of AWS, including the following services: ECS, AmazonMQ, SQS, SNS, SES, RDS Aurora, S3, CloudFront, ElastiCache, Cognito, Lambda, ELB
- 3+ years of DevOps experience
