- Lead and support a development team, offering guidance and assistance as needed, with around 20-30% of the workload dedicated to leadership responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and explore diverse solutions for complex technical challenges, constituting approximately 20% of the workload.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of various system architectures and propose suitable architectural decisions based on project needs.
- Research and evaluate current and emerging solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
- Showcase a high level of proficiency in quickly learning and adapting to new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered products.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure thorough testing and resolution of bugs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Vietnamese (Fluent or Native) and French (C1 level or equivalent) or professional working proficiency in English (TOEIC 900+, IELTS 7+).
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with an exceptional GPA.
- At least three years of dedicated experience as a backend developer.
- At least one year of experience as a Fullstack developer.
- At least one year of experience as a team lead, managing a team of 10-15 individuals.
- Proficient in frontend development and open to contributing to tasks in both frontend and backend.
- Preference for familiarity with LoopBack, ReactAdmin, and NodeJS.
- Proficiency in various programming languages, with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new languages and frameworks.
- Excellent comprehension of system architectures, enabling informed decision-making on architectural matters.
- Extensive experience in code review, ensuring code quality, security, and compliance with coding standards.
- Capability to lead and support a development team, cultivating a collaborative and productive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to research and explore innovative solutions for intricate technical challenges.
- Demonstrated aptitude to effectively balance hands-on coding, code review, team leadership, and solution exploration.
- Possession of an engineering mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- High attention to detail and adept multitasking skills.
