**Mô Tả Công Việc Vị Trí Quality Assurance Executive**:
**1. Giám sát/hỗ trợ các thành viên team CSKH để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ**
- Bảo đảm mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng với team CSKH,
- Hỗ trợ team CSKH nghe điện thoại, xử lý sự cố khi team thiếu người.

**2. Kèm cặp, đào tạo đội ngũ nhân viên CSKH**
- Soạn thảo và cập nhật tài liệu, quy trình, báo cáo, phương pháp đào tạo.
- Đào tạo lí thuyết cho nhân viên mới.
- Xếp lịch, chấm công, phân chia công việc, tính chuyên cần cho các nhân viên mới trong giai đoạn đào tạo
- Các công việc khác sẽ được trao đổi chi tiết hơn trong quá trình phỏng vấn.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc Vị Trí Quality Assurance Executive**:

- Từng có kinh nghiệm QA - đánh giá chất lượng làm việc của nhân viên CSKH là lợi thế.
- Có laptop cá nhân để làm việc.
- Có kỹ năng tiếng Anh là điểm cộng.
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng tốt.
- Tính kỷ luật, năng lực tập trung, cam kết hoàn thành đúng deadlines.
- Kỹ năng tư duy logic, tư duy phản biện, EQ tốt.
- Tỉ mỉ, chú ý chi tiết.
- Có khả năng tìm hiểu, phân tích, đưa ra giải pháp giải quyết được vấn đề và có năng lực training/coaching.
- Thời gian làm việc: Trong giờ hành chính từ thứ 2 đến sáng thứ 7, hoặc xoay ca tuỳ theo yêu cầu công việc. Off 1,5 ngày/ tuần.
- Địa điểm làm việc: Lầu 8, tòa nhà CirCO số 222, Điện Biên Phủ, Phường Võ Thị Sáu, Quận 3 TPHCM.
